Argument Between 2 Brothers Ended Up in Shooting at Utah Ski-News

An argument between two brothers at Summit County ski resort hotel ended in gunfire and reported one man injured at this Sunday. Christopher Leahy Head, 32, of South Jordan, was taken to the Summit County Jail around 3 a.m. for investigation of charges of attempted murder, two counts of felony discharge of a firearm, five counts of reckless endangerment, three counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child, carrying a weapon under the influence of alcohol, and intoxication.

Christopher’s brother who is 35 years old reported that he shot at him multiple times and strikes him once in the right buttocks. The brother was later rushed to a hospital in Salt Lake City for the treatment. Police rush to the room where Head was staying and took him into custody. When reaching the room police found a handgun on the living room table, two spent shell casings and a bullet hole on the wall next to the washing machine. They also noticed several drops of blood on the floor of the living room.

An eye witness states that Christopher and his brother were arguing because the brother wanted to leave and argument heated up so much Christopher that pulled out a gun and began shooting. All adults in the room were drinking at the time and there were several children asleep or nearby when the shooting began.
