Fendels is no less than a paradise for tourists in the winter season. There are a number of versatile tracks available for everyone to ski on. The 11 km (6.84 miles) ski trails have 57% intermediate runs, 33% advanced runs and 10% expert runs. Moreover, the resort has artificial snowmaking for 11 acres of terrain. There are seven lifts available for transportation. The elevation point is 2271 meter (7454 feet) with a base of 1338 meter (4393 feet) and a vertical drop of 932 meters (3061 feet). For those who do not know how to ski, there are ski schools with professionals present to teach them. One can also use the rental equipment to ski along the trails. A 4.5 km (2.80 miles) trail is available to night time sledding.
