Loveland ski area, a third Colorado ski
resort will open for the season this week on 25th October 2019.
Colorado ski season starts with Arapahoe Basin and Keystone which open two
weeks before Loveland.
Chief Operating Officer Rob
Goodell said that their snowmaking team has been working around the
clock to get the mountain ready, and all of their hard work is about to pay off
in a post on Loveland’s website on Tuesday. For decades, Loveland is the first
ski area to open under Colorado ski area but this time Arapahoe Basin
opened on 11th October making it the first one to start kick-off
this season.
The officials at the Loveland resort
said they were on the verge of opening, special thanks to 10 inches of natural
snow that fell over the weekend and the robust snowmaking. Early-season lift
tickets will cost $32 for children and $75 for adults.
