Many Ski Resorts Are Closing Season on Easter Weekend-News

Many ski resorts are shutting down their season on Easter Sunday. Copper Mountain is shutting down with its own retro shred-a-thon. Skiers are encouraged to wear throwback gear and join the party to raise money for injured mountain action sports athletes. At winter park resort where skiers and boarders are having a final day on the slopes with Spring Splash on Sunday. Mary Jane is going to be open a little longer until May 12.

Aspen Mountain, Wolf Creek, Eldora, and Aspen/Snowmass were also closing this weekend. Loveland Ski Area is expected to close May 5 and Breckenridge is expected to be open until May 27. Arapahoe Basin is expected to close June 6.
