Located in the holiday region of St. Englmar, Germany, the Proller Skidreieck resort has a tremendous view of snowcapped mountains to help you relax and have a pleasant experience in your vacation. The resort is located at an elevation range of 720 meters (2362 feet) to 1030 meters (3379 feet). The resort has snow cannons available to have artificial snowmaking capability whenever needed. There is also a downhill slope available in the resort that leads to the toboggans. The slopes are located below the tree line too. Not just that, night skiing is also available at the resort.

How to reach


The Proller Skidreieck ski resort is accessible by all modes of transportation. You can just drive your car up there or take a train or book a flight to reach the resort. By car: If you are driving your car up there, then to reach the resort you need to access the road via the A3 motorway Deggendorf-Regensburg and then take the exit from Bogen or Schwarzach. There are three entries to the resort: The address for the first entry is Pröller-Klinglbach, Klinglbach 6, 94379 Sankt Englmar, Germany where a parking space is readily available, and it is free of charge. This entry is at a distance of 16 km from the motorway and takes approx. 18 minutes to reach. The second entry is at Pröller-Hinterwies, Hinterwies 3, 94379 Sankt Englmar, Germany where a limited parking space is available. It is at a distance of 18 km from the motorway and takes about 21 minutes of driving time to reach The third entry is at Pröller-Hinterviechtach, Hinterviechtach 14, 94262 Kollnburg, Germany which is about 24 km from the motorway and takes about 26 minutes of driving time to reach. The roads are well developed, and it is a suitable entry for guests. By train: If you are coming via train then you need to reach the Straubing Station which is about 25 km from the holiday region of St. Englmar because a direct train connection to the area isn’t there. From the station, numerous regional buses run that can drop you at the resort. You can get on one of those buses or take a cab up there. By air: You can also reach the resort via air by getting on a plane to Munich which is around 144 km from the resort. You can take a bus from the airport to the resort.

 

Ski Lifts

Ski lifts are an essential part of a ski resort, and they are must to have for a resort because they are required to carry passengers up and down the slopes.
