The rates depend on the category of the age group you belong to; junior group is aged 6 to 12, teen-aged 13 to 18, adult aged 19 to 64 and senior aged 80 and above or 65 and above. The Ragged Mountain Resort is acknowledged for its quick and amazing lifts, family friendly resort staff, and a big lodge to give guests much space to entertain themselves and one that is mostly never too crowded. The problem with the lift being so fast is that runs at the resort are very short so one can literally ski the entire mountain in a short time, and thus, skiing the same runs multiple times can get boring.

The medium range skiers will find the Ragged Mountain very fun and adventurous as for the higher level skiers, the experts, these glades and slopes will not be enough to fulfill their taste buds and the thrill of skiing. The ticket rates for lift seem a little pricey as compared to the weak terrain that the resort has to offer. The resort though may be well known for its enormous lodging and family friendly staff, it does not allow on-spot lodging. This is a drawback for the visitors.

Barring a few drawbacks, the Ragged Mountain ski area is one of the best in the region, attracting thousands of visitors every winter. And with so much to do and enjoy at the Ragged Mountain ski resort, you cannot afford to miss out on visiting Ragged Mountain this winter. So pack your gear, and head out straight for the Ragged Mountain Resort with your family and friends and make the most of the snowy, chilly winters. Have fun!
