Serleslifte has wide, easy-to-master pistes, the unspoilt atmosphere for the families and gentle runs down the village. It has lately become one of the most popular recreational areas near Innsbruck. Ways to reach Serleslifte-


Sporty change offers 400 km (248.54 miles) of hiking trails, climbing gardens, 110 km (68.35 miles) of challenging mountain biking trails, an 18-hole golf course, tennis and indoor courts, riding arenas and stables, three 3D arc parcours and much more. Timings starting from Mon-Sat: 08.30-13.00 & 14.00-16.30 hours.

 

  

Availability of lifts -

 

The elevation rises from 960 meters / 3150 feet to 1674 meters / 5492 feet. Four ski lifts are available, distributed into 1gondola lift and 3 platter/button lifts. All of these together make it possible to carry 3376 passengers in an hour’s time. The total length is 3.6 kilometers / 2.2 miles. If you are a fanatic about lifts or want to know more, follow the list below to find information about all the lifts available.

Hochserles,1970 meters (6463 feet) long has the capacity of riding 900 people in an hour. It is a Gondola Chairlift.

Waldrasteck, 851 meters (2791 feet) long has the capacity of riding 975 people in an hour. It is a T-bar Lift.

Ochsenhütte, 525 meters (1722 feet) long has the capacity of riding 1100 people in an hour. It is a T-bar Lift.

Lärchenlift, 204 meters (1722 feet) long has the capacity of riding 401 people in an hour. It is a J-bar Lift.

Slopes-


At Serleslifte, well-maintained slopes of 5.7 kilometers (3.5 miles) have been developed for all the skiing skier would like to do. It includes slopes of varying degrees which determine their difficulty level. 70% of the slopes have snowmaking capabilities. The longest run is 3.5 kilometers (2.1 miles) long.

39% of the trails are available for the beginners or novices with enthusiasm for learning how to ski. You can hire an instructor from the ski schools around for guidance. Confide in your instructor, and you can learn everything you would like to learn about skiing.

61% of the trails of intermediate level are for skiers with better skills than beginners, which is quite a wide span. The instructors would always be available for help. You can still practice on your own and test your skills. You’d never want to miss this trail.

No difficult trails are available. This just makes it very easy to trust that this really is a 10 when it comes to safety. The slopes here are best suited for people new to skiing.

Due to limitations of the area, there is no snow park built at Serleslifte. Even so, Valley run and a kids’ park is available.

At the Serlesbahnen skiing and hiking area of Meiders, there are several little huts and stations with yummy food smell in the air inviting people in. If you happen to be in this area, make sure you complete all of these five places.

Accommodations – The Stubai takes care of everything, together with every desired type of accommodation any tourist would ever ask for.Some search for relaxation, while some search for a nice apartment with soft quilts. Basically, the families get their big holiday apartments, and the travelers get their campsites. The accommodations can be categorized into hotels, guesthouses, holiday flats, huts, inns camping sites, farms, holiday cottages and private rooms.

Snowboarding – All, the snowboarders, pack your stuff. The wide slopes and narrow gorges really mesmerize off-piste skiers. The deep high alpine slopes are waiting for you to discover the beautiful sceneries. In addition to safety, it is advised for free snowboarders to act responsibly for their actions. Rental shops are available.

Climbing – If you are more of a mountaineer than a skier, the Subaital makes it possible for you to enjoy doing your passion. With a nice climbing park in a confined area, you’ll feel like you’re having one of the loveliest climbing experiences. All the safety measures are taken along with the availability of right equipment and safety backups. The routes are well maintained with hooks, rollers or other safety devices. Most of them are close to refuges to make sure of getting help easily, in the case of emergencies.

Cross-country Skiing – Serleslifte gives the immense pleasure of cross-country skiing to all the skiers from around the world. A well 62 kilometers groomed and tracked skiing trails make it easier than ever to sport this Nomadic act. No matter what the altitude, the conditions always seem to be perfect here. If you’d need a map, get one from Stubai Tourist offices at € 2.00 only. This illuminated trail shall hell not be missed.

Snowshoe Hiking – Feel how the snow crunches under your boots when you go for an 80 kilometers (49.7 miles) long snowshoe hiking. When you walk past the snow covered canopies and stroll amongst the big old tree branches, you’d feel disconnected from all the struggles and troubles in your life. So get your snow shoes and watch them make footprints on the glittering snow. You have 4 places to choose from, which include Neustift, Fulpmes, Mieders, and Telfes.

Sledding – This is a basic need for any person. A long nice fast-paced sledge run. Serleslifte provides you one on the largest sledge run, measuring 43 kilometers (26.7 miles) away. There are 14 rental shops that rent the perfect sledges for the perfect kind of fun.

Biking – You can ride your bike all the way, everywhere but this is a plan for the Summers, obviously. While beginners and novices can try biking school, the one who is acquainted with this skill may take their bikes through the Stubai alpine road to mount to the Valley Station of the StubaierGletscherbahn. Same biking spirit, more fun than ever. You can choose e-biking or mountain biking. The choice is all yours.
